closegraph
Find someone close who can introduce you.
Search a name to find someone close to them who may be able to make an introduction.
CloseGraph estimates closeness from email history. Connect your Gmail and you can search the connections of people you correspond with; they can search yours too.
- Headers only: from, to, cc, and date. Never subjects, text, or attachments.
- Only conversations with email in both directions are included.
- Nobody can browse your contacts. Search takes a first and last name only. Email addresses are never shown or searchable.
- Delete any account, or everything, from this page at any time.
Google shows a warning until its review of closegraph finishes.
What it reads: Google’s permission lets an app see message headers, including subject lines, and labels. It never allows the body or attachments. closegraph asks for four headers only: from, to, cc, and date. It keeps nothing else from your mail.
Who can see it: members you correspond with, whoever shares an invitation with you, and groups you join. Only for a name they search. They see which member knows that person, a closeness score, and the organization behind the address.
